KIS professionals leverage general management consulting expertise and technical knowledge to assist clients with improving business processes and monitoring organizational performance. They translate strategic priorities and outcomes into practical, executable activities and tasks, and support the development of implementation plans to accomplish strategic priorities and outcomes.

System Engineering

Our System Engineer’s analyze customer and system requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. SE’s lead design and development activities while guiding users in formulating requirements, advising alternative approaches, and conducting feasibility studies. Ultimately, SE’s are responsible for the technical integrity of a capability from initial concept through design, implementation, and sustainment.

SW/HW Development

KIS Software developers are closely involved with specific project areas to include requirements definition, data and process flow design, flowcharting, writing code, testing and debugging.
