Strategic Management Consultants collaborate with the Government to develop, integrate and continually improve processes associated with the management of performance information, integration with related business management information, and integration into existing management and decision-making processes.
Years of Experience Required…
- SMC1 – Four (4) or more years of experience in strategy management and planning development.
- At least two (2) years of combined experience demonstrating a broad representation of the following; Federal Government Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution; large organization Strategic Management; Process definition, deployment, and improvement; Program analysis and evaluation; Facilitation and decision analysis; and Legislative process and Congressional relations.
- SMC2 – Eight (8) or more years of experience in strategy management and planning development.
- At least four (4) years of combined experience demonstrating a broad representation of the following; Federal Government Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution; large organization Strategic Management; Process definition, deployment, and improvement; Program analysis and evaluation; Facilitation and decision analysis; and Legislative process and Congressional relations.
- SMC3 – Twelve (12) or more years of experience in strategy management and planning development.
- At least eight (8) years of combined experience demonstrating a broad representation of the following; Federal Government Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution; large organization Strategic Management; Process definition, deployment, and improvement; Program analysis and evaluation; Facilitation and decision analysis; and Legislative process and Congressional relations.
- SMC4 – Fifteen (15) or more years of experience in strategy management and planning development.
- At least ten (10) years of combined experience demonstrating a broad representation of the following; Federal Government Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution; large organization Strategic Management; Process definition, deployment, and improvement; Program analysis and evaluation; Facilitation and decision analysis; and Legislative process and Congressional relations.
What We Are Looking For…
- TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
- Experience in leadership, planning, and management of complex tasks related to strategic planning, as demonstrated through a history of daily client interaction, delivery of presentations on complex strategic planning subjects, and facilitation for strategic planning meetings with senior client personnel desired.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher degree is required.
- Graduate or higher degree will be accepted in lieu of two (2) years of overall experience.
- Four (4) additional years of experience in strategy management and planning development will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
