Program Integrator’s (PI) assist program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership with monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. PI’s also perform analysis across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule and performance concerns for a program or initiative. PI’s will perform cross-program analysis to assist in responding to Investment Portfolio (IP) actions and producing execution reports. PI’s also draft acquisition and program documents such as TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans,program schedules, Technical CICA memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies. PI’s also assist with preparing presentations to report analysis findings as well as
program/portfolio status.
Years of Experience Required…
- PI1 – Four (4) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC
program management, contract management, and/or financial management. - PI2 – Eight (8) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC
program management, contract management, and/or financial management. - PI3 – Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC
program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
What We Are Looking For…
- TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
- Bachelor’s Degree with a business or technical focus is required.
- In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute (PMP) certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and additional years of directly related experience in combination with additional years of experience may be substituted.
- In lieu of certification, additional years of directly related experience in combination with related experience may be substituted.
- Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
